Our research mission at the PGMG lab is to conduct translational research from bench side to clinic/hospital. Africa is burdened with communicable and non-communicable diseases and understanding host genetics of such diseases will help in management and treatment.  Our lab environment is equipped to undertake various genotyping and protein expression methods such as PCR-RFLP, Taqman and Western Blot.
